Part One:
Botanical Alchemy

Guided by natural dyer Korie Ellis-St. Pierre (@fallingofftrees | fallingofftrees.com), participants will create a naturally dyed meditation eye pillow cover using flowers gathered from Valentine’s Day —showcasing the beauty and color potential of materials we often discard. As the fabric steams and extracts its hues, we shift into movement . . .

Part Two:
Feel Good Flow

Led by yoga instructor Sarah Griffin, this steady, slow flow invites you to ground, open, and connect. As your eye pillow processes, you’ll use one provided by Sangha Studio to deepen your practice, learning how this small yet powerful tool can support rest and reflection. Class will close with a hands-on savasana, essential oils, and chanting for full-body restoration.

Part Three:
Reflexion and Connection

We’ll return to the dyeing station to unveil the transformed fabrics, admiring the beautiful colors revealed. Through open conversation, we’ll reflect on the practice, the changing season and the harmony of creation and community.

Hint: you may want to have your journal with you.

Come as you are, honoring both the darkness and the light within!
